We believe that you’re only as good as your staff, and as such, we have a specialised team of trade qualified, licensed technicians who receive ongoing training and upskilling. Not to mention our wonderful admin team which works with meticulous attention to detail behind the scenes.
Many of our staff are also members of the Institute of Refrigeration, Heating & Air Conditioning Engineers of New Zealand Inc., keeping them up to date with an ever-evolving industry and technologies.

We are committed to being a safe workplace for all, having achieved ‘SiteWise Gold’ Accreditation as a result of our work in this area.
SiteWise is a New Zealand prequalification system which assesses and grades a contractor's health and safety capability. Achieving Gold means that we have achieved a grade of 90% or above on our annual assessment and shows that we have demonstrated that we have high quality health and safety systems in place.
The refrigeration and air conditioning industry is not one historically known for its sustainable nature, but we’re working hard to change that each day, recycling where we can and undertaking responsible refrigerant stewardship.
As responsible refrigeration engineers, we have refrigerant handling licenses and follow industry best practice in the handling of refrigerant gases.
In order to keep up to date with best practices, we follow the Australia and New Zealand Refrigerant Handling Code of Practice and are members of the Climate Control Companies Association of New Zealand (CCCANZ) and the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC).
